Platypus is strung on 2 mm Black Leather
Overall lenght of Pendant is 61 cm
The Platypus with it's duck bill and webbed feet, is a unique Australian Animal. It and the two species of Echidna are the only monotremes or egg-laying mammals to be found on earth. They live in streams and rivers throughout Australia and their back claws are know to be very poisonous to both preditor and man.
Gorgeous Solid Sterling Silver Pendant Setting featuring a beautifully cut 10 mm round Faceted Amethyst that has flecks of blue coming through when turned in the sunlight.
This pendant has been hand set by Fezzandos in Wodonga and the setting hand cast by House of Bradfield.
